We provide numerous options such as a hosted bar, cash bar, tab bar, specialty cocktails by the gallon, additional bartenders, and in any combination.
For budgeting purposes: a 5.5 hour hosted bar for 200 guests ranges between $4,500-$7,000 which includes a service charge and taxes.
Proposals are good for 60 days due to price volatility. We will discuss your beverage options at your event planning meeting! Your actual price is based upon the tier of liquor and the number of hours (1 to 5.5) plus service charge and taxes. (see below for more info!)

Brands and prices are subject to change. Quotes are good for 60 days. Rates per person vary based upon the number of hours (1 to 5 1/2). Ultra-premium liquors (i.e., single-malt scotch, Anejo tequilas) and premium specialty cocktails are available for your guests to purchase. A service charge of 20% and taxes are added to these prices.
Hosted Bar Packages include 1 bartender for every 100 guests, mixers, garnishes, clear cups, stirrers and cocktail napkins.
Hosted Bar Packages do NOT include Shots, Doubles, or Red Bull which is available by purchase by guests or via a hosted tab.

the.other.bar is a premium experience for you and your guests! We setup a contemporary bar, anywhere inside or outside on the east patio (weather permitting), that offers premium cocktails or wine, as well as the opportunity to provide your hosted beer/wine package. With many packages and price points, the.other.bar is sure to please.
Priced on number of servings desired and the choice of liquor. Beer/Wine service requires purchase of Hosted Bar package.

Beer/Wine Service can only be purchased as an add-on for a Hosted Bar (minimum of 3-hour purchase).
Cost for "experience bars" is determined by number of servings and the brands you choose. It all comes down to how many of a specific beverage you want served. You keep any unopened liquor!
Includes one bartender, choice plastic serving cups, white beverage napkins, black straws/stirrers, sodas, juices and other mixers. Glassware available at slight additional charge.

The Diamond Room holds a State of Nebraska liquor license and must abide by all state liquor laws. We do not allow on our premises any beer, wine or liquor that was not purchased by our company from a licensed distributor. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to ID anyone consuming alcohol and discontinue bar service during an event that represents risk to our business, property and employees. More information can be found in our rental agreement.
