  • We require a $1m event insurance policy with the.diamond.room listed as the additional insured.

  • A $500 Damage Deposit check (refundable) must be presented 30 days prior to your event

  • Pricing subject to change. Your contract rate and terms are based on the date the contract is written.

  • All Bar Packages are subject to 20% Service Fee and Applicable Taxes (7% Sales Tax & 2.5% Omaha Restaurant Tax).

There is no food and beverage minimum spending amount(and your catering investment often ranges from $15-$25 per person).

Memorial and Labor Day weekends are at the Saturday rate for events occurring on Friday and Sunday.

New Years Eve is available at a special price. Please inquire for more information.

the.diamond.room is closed Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & day, and New Years Day to allow time with our families.
