PLANNING YOUR DAY

We strive to provide the most complete, turn-key service to ensure the process of planning your wedding is effortless and stress-free. When you choose the.diamond.room, you can relax on your day, knowing your wedding will be amazing.

 

And the months leading up to your wedding won’t cause you to lose any beauty sleep, either. Our simple planning process ensures the details are meticulously managed so you can focus on what’s truly important: your relationship and the new life you’re about to start. You can spend as much or as little time and effort as you desire. The majority of your wedding can be planned in three simple meetings:

 

Tell us your style! From this meeting we develop the event plan to include design, timing, layout, and amenities with associated costs. After this meeting, our staff will provide you with your event plan and updated invoice based on your selections.

 

That’s a wrap!  Your final meeting is the Wrap Up, where we get your final guest counts, review all final event details, and answer any questions you may have.

During this meeting, we’ll fill in any blanks in the plan and make any changes you desire. Throughout the planning process, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your event.

 

On The Big Day your event manager will ensure that your wedding goes off as planned, and you get hitched, well, without a hitch! Each event at the.diamond.room also we will keep your event on schedule and attend to your needs. We want to create a memorable experience that your guests will still be talking about at your 50th wedding anniversary.
