Our industrial urban chic event space has 14'+ high ceilings, accessibility and view through our five windowed, and openable, patio doors and retains the history of this North Omaha landmark. Our 10,000 square feet of event space on one-level can accommodate from 50 to 450 banquet guests and more than 600 standing.

We are proud to offer a complete event experience, meaning your event will be orchestrated by our event planning professionals who will ensure flawless success from your first meeting straight through until the moment your last guest departs.
the.diamond.room provides numerous parking options for your guests.
Unlike most downtown venues, we provide close parking options. Guests have access to two lighted parking lots adjacent to our facility. A flat fee of $150 is charged for this service. If your event conflicts with a major event at the CenturyLink Center or TD Ameritrade Park, a slight additional charge may apply. If this occurs, you may request a refund of the parking fee and have your guests pay for parking as desired.
Additional on-street parking options exist from 12th to 15th street.

All room rental prices include tables and chairs to accomodate up to 450 guests, tables for catering service / sweets and treats, use of our exclusive diamond.lounge and furnishings, a bridal or VIP suite.
